The Stewardship Committee is holding a 100 Year Fellowship in the Parish Hall Sunday, June 9 after the church service. Our church building turns 100 years old this year (1924 – 2024) and this is just the start of the celebration. Please, join us for refreshments and sweet treats that were popular in 1924. Everyone is invited.

Save the date: On January 5, St. John’s is having a special Christmas service in German. The liturgy and hymns will be in German, but the sermon will be in English.
Cookie Reception follows in the Parish Hall. Promises to be a time of wonderful traditional German cookies and fellowship.
Please sign up on the sheet on the bulletin board next to the Parish hall if you are available to join in for all OR part of the time to help make St. John’s look its best in so many ways. From weeding the outdoor beds, polishing the sanctuary, repairs and specific jobs in getting our apartment next-door ready for rent, you can indicate on the sign-up sheet where you can help. A light lunch of hamburger BBQ, chips, dessert and drinks will be served. Coffee will be available as well. Many hands make work lighter. Please lend your hands and energy to make this day a success.
