Celebrating the Completion of Our Building Accessibility Project Dedication program planned for Sunday, Nov. 1 at 2pm

It’s time to celebrate! St. John’s has reached a milestone in our history. For years there has been discussion about how do we make our building more accessible. After many months of planning and construction, St. John’s has undergone a much needed improvement. There’s a ramp for entrance into the building. There is now an ADA accessible restroom. And, there is even a lift to get members and visitors into the sanctuary and even up to the church office (and conference meeting room).

On Sunday, November 1 at 2 p.m. we will be celebrating this milestone and taking a few moments to reflect on the journey we have taken here at St. John’s. We’ll begin with a short dedication program in the Parish Hall. And then, you will have the opportunity to see all the improvements that have been made at St. John’s and learn more about them. We will even have demonstrations of the lift. And, of course, there will be plenty of food and fellowship.

We’re celebrating this milestone as a congregation, but we also want to celebrate this milestone with our community. We are inviting members of the Emmaus community and beyond to celebrate with us. We want to make community groups and individuals aware that the building is now accessible. We welcome community groups to meet at our facility, and we welcome all those in the community to join us for worship.
